1) In the event that the fault is ours (eg wrong product, error in receiving the order) you inform us so that we can proceed with an immediate replacement or a refund without being charged shipping costs.
2) In case the fault is the customer's (eg you are not satisfied with the product, wrong number) we can replace it or refund your money, but you will be charged with the shipping costs.
The product being returned must be in excellent condition, not have been used or suffered any wear and tear and must be returned in its original packaging, accompanied by all the necessary documents that you received when you received it.
